Global SeXXXism: Unwrapped

Explores global patriarchy as a systemic machine and interrogates sex roles, gender oppression and identities.  What is the difference between sex and gender?  This play explores the intersection of racism and sexism from the story of Adam and Eve, to the witch trials, to modern human trafficking, to the power dynamic behind the words male and female.

By investigating global patriarchy, this play recognizes the domination and subordination that our society imposes on many individuals and groups — and explores the possibilities of a partnership society.
We delve into the concept of the status quo and gender roles that suppress and limit all humans beings’ full potential.

Global SeXXXism: un-wrapped is a journey through the “dis-ease” in the world — the infection of systemic racial and sexual prejudice and fear.
